  • Run by practicing engineers who know what the client is looking for

What we help with

Career growth

Move to a stronger team, a higher grade, or a more modern stack. We look at your experience and goals and find projects where you will grow, not just keep busy.

New project search

Your project is wrapping up or you want a change. We bring matching international options, prepare you for interviews and stay with you through the offer.

Combining projects

Keep your current job and add a part-time or flexible project on top of it. We help with workload, schedules and clear agreements with the client.

How it works

  1. Step 1

    Apply

    Tell us about yourself

    • Telegram or e-mail. Your stack, years of experience, English level and what you are looking for.
    • CV optional. A LinkedIn profile or a short summary is enough to start.
  2. Step 2

    Intro call

    30 minutes to align

    • Goals. Growth, a new project, or a second one in parallel — and what a good offer looks like for you.
    • Constraints. Time zones, hours per week, rate expectations, start date.
  3. Step 3

    Preparation

    Profile and interview prep

    • CV and LinkedIn. We rework your profile the way international clients read it.
    • Mock interview. Technical and behavioural questions typical for the target market.
  4. Step 4

    Interviews

    Meet the clients

    • Matching projects. We only send you to interviews that fit your goals and constraints.
    • Feedback. After every round you get the client's feedback and our notes.
  5. Step 5

    Offer

    Offer and onboarding

    • Terms. We help you negotiate the rate, contract format and payment details.
    • Start. Paperwork, access, first weeks — we stay in the loop.
  6. Step 6

    Support

    Ongoing support

    • Check-ins. Regular syncs on how the project is going.
    • Next step. When it's time to grow or change, we are already there.

What you get

  • Remote international projects matched to your stack, experience and goals.
  • Interview preparation — mock interviews, typical questions, feedback after each round.
  • CV and LinkedIn review adapted to how international clients evaluate candidates.
  • Contract and payment guidance — formats, rates, invoicing.
  • Support after placement — regular check-ins and help when the next step comes.
  • Direct chat with the Jump Space team — practicing engineers and recruiters.

All candidates work directly with the team that knows the clients.

Our principle

Transparent terms from the first call — no hidden conditions.

No spam: you only hear from us about projects that actually fit.

We stay in touch after you start, not just until the offer is signed.

FAQ

Which countries and projects do you work with?

Mostly product and consulting companies in Europe and North America, with some clients in other regions. Projects are remote; the exact time-zone overlap is agreed per project.

Is it full-time or part-time?

Both. Most openings are full-time long-term contracts, but there are also part-time and flexible-hours projects — these are the ones we use for combining with your current job.

Can I combine a project with my current job?

Yes, if your current contract allows it and you can realistically commit the hours. On the intro call we discuss your workload and only offer projects that fit.

What English level is needed?

Enough to take part in daily stand-ups and discuss tasks with the team — usually B1–B2. We help you prepare for the English part of interviews.

How long does it take to get on a project?

It depends on the direction and the market. Typically from a couple of weeks to a couple of months from the intro call to the start date.

What does it cost for a developer?

Terms depend on the project and the cooperation format. We explain them openly on the intro call, before any interviews.
